Sigma Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the SmartComm Dialer browser extension (“the Extension”). Your privacy is important to us. SmartComm Dialer does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data or browsing information. All extension operations occur entirely within your browser.
We use Chrome’s storage API only to save the following user preferences locally:
- Whether the extension is enabled or disabled.
- The configured base URL used for call and SMS actions.
These settings are saved to your browser’s local or synced storage and are not transmitted to any external server or accessible by Sigma Solutions.

3. Use of Permissions
The Extension requests the following permissions strictly to provide its functionality:
- storage: Save and read your settings (enabled/disabled status and SmartComm base URL).
- tabs: Open or focus a new tab when you trigger a call or SMS action.
- host permissions (<all_urls>): Enable local scanning for phone numbers across the websites you visit.
The Extension does not read, transmit, or analyze your browsing content.

4. Use of Data
Locally stored data is used only for:
- Detecting Bangladeshi phone numbers on webpages.
- Enabling one-click call or SMS functionality via your SmartComm web panel.
No data leaves your browser, and no analytics, tracking, or advertising code is included.

5. Data Retention
All data is stored within your Chrome browser’s storage system. You can remove this data anytime by:
- Uninstalling the extension, or
- Clearing extension storage via Chrome settings.
No data is stored or retained by Sigma Solutions’ servers.

6. Data Disclosure
We do not collect or retain user data, and therefore have no data to disclose to third parties. In the event of a legal request, only data stored locally in your browser could exist — never on our servers.

7. Security of Data
SmartComm Dialer performs all operations locally in your browser and makes no network calls other than those you manually initiate to your SmartComm base URL. Chrome’s own security model protects local data and permissions.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Extension is not directed to users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be reflected on our website and Chrome Web Store listing. Continued use of the Extension indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

All data used by SmartComm Dialer is stored locally in your browser. You can delete it by:
- Uninstalling the extension, or
- Clearing Chrome’s extension storage.
