SmartComm.ai plans start at ৳5,000 per month. Lite, Basic, Pro and Advanced plans are available, while enterprise customers can request a custom quote.
The Lite plan is designed for small businesses and startups that need essential customer communication and CRM tools. Growing teams that need payment, invoicing and more capacity can choose the Basic plan.
Each plan includes a defined number of users, communication channels and CRM features. Calls, SMS, additional users, extra channels, AI agents and custom integrations may be billed separately.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan as your users, channels, feature requirements or business operations grow.
Guided onboarding and user training are available for every plan. A one-time setup fee applies based on the selected package.
Yes. Lite includes Facebook and WhatsApp integrations. Basic adds website and order integrations, while Pro and Advanced provide broader CRM, ERP, e-commerce, delivery, payment, LMS and API integration options.
AI Voice and Chat Agents are available as optional add-ons. Enterprise requirements can be customized based on usage, languages and workflows.
Call and SMS usage is billed separately. Non-masking calls cost ৳0.40, masking SMS costs ৳0.65 per message excluding VAT, and non-masking SMS costs ৳0.35 per message.
There are no hidden platform fees. Any applicable setup, call, SMS, add-on or custom integration charges are shown separately before purchase.
